The EA&S Division of the C&SA Department requires the ability to examine NAVAIR contractor data to assess cost and schedule contract performance utilizing the latest tools available. This is a mission critical objective emphasized within the EVMS DFARS requirements (252.234.7002), DoDI 5000.85 instruction for EVMS Reporting, the Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) DI-MGMT-81861, and the Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) DI-MGMT-81861C requirements. Data is used to verify attainability of contract objectives, evaluate monthly progress, and forecast future contract performance. One Pager Pro Software is used by nearly all schedule developers. It drastically reduces the time required to build summary schedules and allows the schedule development team to quickly produce schedule driven outputs to support the PMAs. Summary Schedules are one of the primary products to the Program Office. Growth in outyears is expected as IGS demands continue to grow.
