Preliminary Engineering Services for Pelham Bay Bridge Replacement Project (RFP)

Provide an architectural/engineering firm to perform preliminary engineering services for the bridge replacement project. The work will also include demolishing the old bridge after new bridge enters operation and tie-ins into existing rail row east and west of bridge have been completed.
