Muscogee County School District

The Construction Manager at Risk (CM) shall serve as the contractor and construction manager for the Project. The Project will include interior and exterior painting, as well as wall and finish repairs associated with painting, and other minor renovations yet to be detailed, which may include, but are not limited to: updating lighting systems, updating and replacing flooring, replacing cove base, and updating and replacing ceilings.

Virginia Beach City Public Schools

Contractors to perform professional painting and/or power washing services on small, medium and large-scale projects. Painting and/or power washing services are necessary for the structural preservation, restoration and aesthetic appearance of surfaces throughout the interior and exterior of Owner building and associated structures.
