Work includes installation, removal, relocation, and associated services for small water meters (3/4" to 2"), installation of meter boxes for 3/4" to 2" meters, installation, removal, and salvage of 3/4" to 2" water meters, installation of taps, service laterals, valves, and fittings, abandonment and salvage of existing meters and service laterals, relocation of existing meters, provision of traffic control, minor pavement and sidewalk removal and replacement.

Provide either hauling and landfill disposal services or landfill only for wastes generated by and/or collected at water treatment plants (wtps), water reclamation centers (wrcs), water quality control facility (wqcf) and combined sewer control facilities (cscfs) by the department of watershed management (dwm).
