Work includes existing tree protection, removal and disposal of existing play equipment, surfaces and concrete curbs, grading, drainage and subsurface soil preparation for finish surfaces, concrete seat walls and retaining seat walls, trench drain, installation of owner-furnished play equipment and signage, play surfaces and landscaping, modifications of existing irrigation and installation of new irrigation, installation of new drinking fountain, installation of misc.
