Work of the Project includes, but not limited to, blasting existing painted pool surfaces, pool pavement surface restoration, joint sealant replacement, chemical surface washing and re-painting of a 6,670 SF swimming pool and 400 SF wading pool. For bidding purposes, the Contractor shall assume 250 SF of surface patch within the main pool (walls and floor combined), and 100 LF of crack/joint repair.
