Plattekill Veterans Memorial Project *Re-Bid*

Work includes comprehensive renovation of the memorial coliseum: mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; chiller plant is currently non-functional; replacement of the chiller plant, including cooling towers and associated pumps, is required to provide air conditioning. The ammonia chiller plant, which needs to be demolished, is presently used for building air conditioning. Demolition of the ammonia plant should be included in proposals; replacement of boilers (2) to low-temperature hydronic; electrical service upgrades to support the upgraded chiller plant and other intended uses.
