Planning & Architectural Services - (RFP)

The selected consultant shall provide on-call professional services that may include, but are not limited to: Design and Architectural Review: Evaluate private and public development applications, site plans, and building elevations for compliance with adopted design guidelines, zoning requirements, and form-based codes. Review site layouts for functionality, aesthetics, and integration with the natural and built environment. Provide recommendations on building massing, materials, facades, and overall architectural quality to ensure alignment with the City's vision and design standards. The consultant will provide services on an as-needed basis under a task order or hourly agreement for up to 5 years based on performance and mutual agreement. See attached file.
