Plainview Water District - Permanent AOP Building at Plant No. 7 (RFP)

Provide construction of a new one-story permanent masonry building to house the two (2) existing AOP treatment systems. The site is an active water supply facility with two (2) wells, both of which will remain operational along with their respective treatment systems throughout the construction period. The project includes the demolition of the existing AOP enclosures. Additional improvements include the installation of a new automatic transfer switch (ATS), main breaker and C/T section, site work, and the removal of the existing PTA blower & enclosure, followed by the installation of a new weather-rated exterior blower system.
