Pkaa Bld 248 HVAC - Sources Sought Notice - FE Warren AFB

The contractor shall provide all labor; materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to repair/replace the HVAC for dorm building 248. The work includes but is not limited to the following items of work: Replace all fan coil units (FCU), unit heaters (UH), and cabinet unit heaters (CUH), and associated piping, valves, actuators, controls, accessories, filters, insulation, etc., as required for the connection and proper operation of the new units to provide a complete and usable HVAC system. Replacement of piping and insulation is limited to the terminal connection of the units.
