The City seeks to retain a consultant team comprised of a firm with demonstrated prior experience and qualifications in the successful implementation and improvements of stormwater management, planning, and regulatory compliance.

The following scope of services will include but not limited to: Perform field inspections and stormwater discharge monitoring; Develop annual reports and maintaining the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP); Provide follow-up on the annual reports and assisting with public outreach requirements; Sampling, lab analysis, permit renewal applications, quality assurance, all requirements to maintain compliance and recommendations for better management practices.
