PIMC Mechanical Projects: HVAC and Central Plant & Isolation Rooms in Phoenix, AZ, Maricopa, County

Imc mechanical project 1 - heating, ventilation, & air condition - this work consists of alteration (Level 2) of the HVAC system for the pediatric clinic (Building 12) and the dental clinic (Building 239) at the pimc. This work shall be performed in 2 phases. Pimc mechanical project 2 - central plant & isolation rooms central plant (Bldg 234) - this work consists of the replacement of 18 cooling tower valves, autofill diesel system, heat exchanger, and medical air system, install a dust collection system. This work also includes installing a new parking canopy. Main hospital building 3rd floor, isolation rooms (Bldg 233) - this work consists of above ceiling work to replace ductwork and adjust ceiling grid and lighting. This work shall be performed in 2 phases.
