Provide concept, right of way and construction plans for improvements to quacco road from easthaven/spanton crescent to the i-95 overpass.

City of Casper

The City of Casper wishes to improve existing infrastructure and expand accessibility at and around the Bandshell at Washington park between McKinley Street and Jefferson Street. The work includes bandshell restoration and preservation, bandshell access, ADA accessibility, and drainage improvements, permanent restrooms serving the south side of the park, pathway/trail improvements, landscaping, irrigation, food truck parking, park lighting, and additional ADA enhancements. The selected consultant shall prepare design documents, assist with bidding, and perform construction administrative and oversight associated with the project.

Work consists of replacing the culvert crossing.
