Pershall Park Improvements

Remove the existing playground, restroom building, and pavilion and install a new playground, restroom building, pavilion, pickleball courts, related utilities, and sidewalks. Park improvements will include, but not be limited to, site preparation; excavations for shallow footings (building, park structures and fence posts); minor grading/earthwork including erosion and sediment control during construction; pre-engineered restroom building including footings and floor slab; pre-engineered steel pavilion including footings; playground equipment with mulch playground safety surfacing; concrete pickleball courts (2) with fencing and gates; concrete sidewalks to pavilion, restroom, courts, and playground; asphalt trail repair / replacement; concrete border curbing at playground.
