Permit Portal Development Services

This solicitation seeks proposals from software development companies to design, code, and implement a Permitting Portal System that fulfills the permitting software needs of the eCityGov Alliance and multiple City/County jurisdictions. The selected vendor will be required to replicate the services, functionality, and content currently available at www.mybuildingpermit.com, while enhancing the system with modern tools, features, user interfaces, and Automated Intelligence (AI) logic. The developed solution must be cloud-based, scalable, and flexible to accommodate use by various Cities and Counties nationwide. The proposer will be responsible for finalizing technical and functional requirements, as well as the design, development, setup, and migration to the new Permitting Portal System. This includes the creation of software code, database, user interface, integration tools, configurations, and all other necessary application components. The eCityGov Alliance is the entity requesting these services. This procurement is intended to select a vendor with proven experience in developing cloud-based enterprise software systems for government agencies or companies, particularly those that can be deployed across multiple organizations.
