The Project includes demolition of existing stadium facilities and construction of a new multi-level South End Zone Club structure with structural concrete, structural steel, MEP systems, glazing, millwork, roofing, finishes, and related improvements. Subcontractors in the following trades are required to prequalify to be eligible to bid: Structural Steel, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Drywall & Framing, Finish Carpentry / Millwork, Glazing, Roofing & Waterproofing, Demolition & Abatement, and Fire Protection.

DESIGN-BUILD: Provide design and construction services for cal expo stadium. A 22,000-seat NCAA Football Stadium which includes infrastructure, new artificial field, modular seating, modular locker rooms/restrooms/showers/changing facilities, scoreboard and press box. The current grandstands offer seating capacity at around 5,000 seats. Project will consist of adding an additional 17,000 seats.

Citadel Military College Of South Carolina

Construction will include new stadium seating with a capacity of 2,000 seats, site work, utility infrastructure, filming booth, and public restrooms.
