Payette Lakes Recreational Water & Sewer District - Lagoon Liner Replacement (Project R1-C)

Project generally consists of replacing the existing liner in the Recycled Water Storage Pond with a new single liner system. The Project includes solids and liner removal and disposal, repairs to the underdrain system, installation of approx. 1,007,000 SF of HDPE liner and all other required appurtenances not listed to fully reinstate the Recycled Water Storage Pond system. It is expected that the project will bid during February of 2025 with a contract completion of December 15, 2025. The District reserves the right to cancel or postpone bidding or award of a contract for the project or to bid the project in several packages.
