Work includes to remove existing concrete from sidewalks to accommodate 4" of new asphalt, grade the area using crushed stone as needed to ensure proper water flow and prevent puddles, compact foundation with a vibratory roller, saw cut to create smooth transition point were required, add 2 1/2" of base 3/4 base binder, tack and shim between the binder and top coat, add 1 1/2" of 3/8 top coat, roll and compact to a tight mat finish, restore and landscape the sidewalk or other damage to the site, ensure ada access.
