Removal and replacement of the roofing system and installing a new roofing system with new flashings, trim, etc. The front classroom wing will be removed in its entirety down to sound substrate and a modified bitumen multi-ply roofing system with pitched rigid insulation will be installed. The gymnasium corridor wing metal roof will be removed in its entirety down to sound substrate and a standing seam metal roof system will be installed.
