Design-build of a 450-500 space multi-level, free-standing open parking garage; new parking garage will serve transient, permit, and event customers patronizing the city hall and harbor park area, parking garage will include access and revenue control equipment, office space, and other parking support features. Site work will include connection of water, sewer, power, and other utilities as necessary, landscaping and installation of concrete walkways to provide access.

Provide design build services for pier replacement. Services will also include, but are not limited to, engineering and geotechnical investigations, site planning, cost estimating, advertising and administration of subcontracts, and all related work required.
