Parking Management Services (RFP)

Lafayette Regional Airport

Operate and manage the parking facilities for full-service parking management services. The work contemplated under this Service Contract with the LAC includes all but not limited to personnel, labor, supervision, training, uniforms, materials, supplies, insurance, transportation, repairs and maintenance on existing (and any future) equipment, pavement, pavement markings, car stop bumpers, and upkeep to the parking facility areas and services necessary to fulfill the contract. Anticipated contract period is January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2030. The LAC in its sole discretion may exercise five one-year option terms.

Town of Fairfield

Provide parking ticket and permit management services. Provide an upgrade to its computerized parking ticket and permit management system. The upgrade will require hardware and software for the town to issue an estimated fifty thousand (50,000) parking tickets and an estimated 125,000 permits.

Harris County

Provide parking facility management services.
