Parking Lot Renovations, Lots B & C, Paper Mill Playhouse

The Scope of Work shall include: demolition, excavation, grading, construction of pre-engineered block retaining wall, drainage, granite block curb, concrete sidewalk and barrier free ramps, drainage inlets (2) and 15" dia. RCP, procurement and installation of light fixtures (including concrete foundations and wiring), placement of compacted DGA, and HMA base and surface courses, traffic striping and markings, grass restoration with topsoil and seeding all disturbed areas, and/or other incidental construction.
