City of Auburn

Replacement of a temporary asphalt grinding parking lot with porous asphalt pavement. Project consists of total reconstruction of a temporary asphalt grinding parking lot at varying widths of 82' to 98', and a length of 144' to 150' for a total of 1,827 SY, with pavement section to be 4" of porous asphalt on 8" of limestone base, including the placement of approx. 115 LF of 8" perforated dual wall pipe, 30 LF of 8" PVC SDR 35. Also including the placement of one 30" catch basin with flat open grate lid and connection into a 24" concrete storm sewer.

City of Raleigh

Provide off-street parking services which will include the operation and management of 10 parking garages and 8 surface lots totaling 8, 132 spaces.

City of Norfolk

Design-build of a 450-500 space multi-level, free-standing open parking garage; new parking garage will serve transient, permit, and event customers patronizing the city hall and harbor park area, parking garage will include access and revenue control equipment, office space, and other parking support features. Site work will include connection of water, sewer, power, and other utilities as necessary, landscaping and installation of concrete walkways to provide access.
