Parking Lot and Potholes Repairs

Requirements for the turn-key design and construction of a new parking lot accommodating 100 vehicles. The project site is up to two acres, and the work includes all necessary site preparation, drainage infrastructure, pavement construction, lighting installation, and striping. The design shall incorporate perimeter lighting for security and safety, as well as bio swales for stormwater management. Existing transformers are located on the site along with an electrical manhole. These items must be avoided during all phrases of design and construction. See attached file.
