Palatka Project

The project is to 1) increase mainline capacity and make minor auxiliary facility modifications to a compressor unit at Compressor Station (CS) 13 in Washington County, Florida, 2) construct, own, operate, and maintain approx. 2.57 miles of 12" lateral pipe looping of its 6" Georgia Pacific Lateral system, 3) upgrade its Electronic Flow Measurement (EFM)/Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) facilities at the existing customer owned Palatka – Certain Teed Gypsum Meter and Regulation (M&R) Station in Putnam County, Florida, and 4) construct, install, and modify appurtenances as needed.
