Painting the Exhibit Halls (RFP)

Proposals from qualified exhibit consulting firms for research, design, fabrication, training and installation of the visitor center. Work consists of complete design and installation of interpretive exhibits for the visitor center. Specifically, the selected exhibit firm will be required to: create an exhibit concept plan for 3 exhibit areas within the visitor center. Focus on interpretation and learning; not just design. Request artifacts and interpretive data from county conservation environmental education staff. Review exhibit content contained in the conceptual statement through regular meetings with the exhibit team.

Design, fabrication, and installation of a natural history exhibit at nature center.

Muscogee County School District

The Construction Manager at Risk (CM) shall serve as the contractor and construction manager for the Project. The Project will include interior and exterior painting, as well as wall and finish repairs associated with painting, and other minor renovations yet to be detailed, which may include, but are not limited to: updating lighting systems, updating and replacing flooring, replacing cove base, and updating and replacing ceilings.
