Lms application operations and maintenance support. The vendor will supply a complete solution for all LMS Operations and Maintenance to maintain full functionality, to include but not limited to the following areas and items: Initial WFLMS LMS build, configuration, testing and release to all environments using the AWS GovCloud (US) region hosting solution. Complete transitional tasks from previous vendor for solution release and go live. Complete management of the AWS GovCloud (US) region for the LMS solution. Security support services for the AWS GovCloud (US) region & Moodle Workplace LMS solution in alignment with the DOI, Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards and requirements.
