Overhead Door Systems Maintenance, Repairs, Parts, Installation & Related Services

Provide overhead door systems: maintenance, repairs, parts, installation, and related services on an as needed basis. The initial term of the resulting contract will be for three (3) years. Upon mutual agreement by the Contractor and City, the contract may be renewed by the College for up to two (2) additional oneyear terms or portions thereof, not to exceed a total aggregate contract term of five (5) consecutive years.
