Outbound Mail Operations Services - (Request for Information)

The contractor shall: Process outbound mail through a Multi-line Optical Character Reader (MLOCR) sorter with a Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) and a Multi-Line Accuracy Support System (MASS) certification cycle that evaluates the ability of MLOCRs and encoding stations to process address information and applies an accurate delivery point barcode (DPBC) to the piece of mail. Maintain a capability to process a minimum monthly volume of 500,000 images of outbound mail. Increase production to accommodate a monthly surge volume up to 22,500,000 images of outbound mail. Provide plain white stock paper (8.5 x 11, 20lb weight), postage meter ink and all necessary items to print. See attached file.
