Organization Change Management for the CCWIS Project

The OCM vendor will provide comprehensive project management across the lifecycle of the OCM engagement, setting up the project management infrastructure necessary to manage OCM deliverables and to successfully collaborate with the DCYF CCWIS OCM Team. In addition to the creation of a Project Management Plan, this work will include the establishment of an OCM governance structure, development and maintenance of a project schedule for the OCM engagement, the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators, status reporting, and management of risks and issues.
