Opioid Settlement Funded Programs (RFP)

Allegheny County

The Department of Human Services (DHS), on behalf of Allegheny County, invites proposals from existing and new providers to provide services and solutions funded by the Opioid Settlement Fund (OSF). This RFP will be continuously open to accept Proposals aligned with approved uses described in Exhibit E, Schedule B[1] of the Pennsylvania Opioid Trust Order. Approved uses include treatment, prevention, and a wide range of other strategies intended to address the opioid epidemic and related harms.

Bernalillo County

Provision of grant process for capital projects/operating expenses in support of the opioid use settlement to provide treatment for opioid use disorder (oud) and co-occurring substance use disorder or mental health (sud/mh) conditions.

Adams County

The Adams County Opioid Settlement Funds Grant program is available annually to providers of services in Adams County. This grant program is supported by the funds received by Adams County and administered by the Pennsylvania Opioid Misuse and Addiction Abatement Trust in alignment with the National Opioid Settlement.
