Future Workforce Alliance (FWA), serving as the Local Workforce Development Board (LWDB) of Snohomish County, and Workforce Snohomish, serving as the local board's fiscal agent, are seeking proposals from qualified organizations with demonstrated expertise in coordinating multi-partner service delivery systems to serve as the One-Stop Operator for Snohomish County's America's Job Center Network (AJC), also known as WorkSource Snohomish County.

The OSO will be charged with coordinating the service delivery among partner agencies in One-Stop Job Centers. Duties must include, but are not limited to: Coordinate and convene monthly meetings of one-stop partners across all state certified job centers in the Fox Valley Workforce Development Area to optimize service delivery; Assist the Board in facilitating the MOU process for each Job Center. Initial Contract term will be for a period beginning December 1, 2025, or date of award, through November 30, 2026, with three (3), optional, one year, performance-based renewals. See attached file.
