The general services to be provided include, but are not limited to, the on-call survey and easement legal description services. Project Administration. Provide a Project Administration Plan to direct, coordinate, and monitor the activities of a project with respect to budget, schedule, and scope of work. The Project Administration Plan will be updated as requested by the City, but not more often than twice per month. Quality Assurance and Quality Control Review. Conduct internal quality assurance and quality control meetings and follow-up with technical experts as necessary during the course of each project. See attached file.
