Qualified general contracting firms to provide light general construction services on a task-order basis for a period of three (3) years. Work contemplated under this request for proposal (RFP) is mainly for the construction of bus stops, Americans with disabilities act (ADA) site work compliance, park and ride facility repairs/renovations and other additions/renovations as needed. Work shall include ADA compliance, site- work, landscaping, fencing, masonry, concrete and/or asphalt paving, pavement striping, curb and gutter, storm drainage, limited utilities as necessary.

Provide construction management at risk services for a School Facilities Improvement Project that will likely include but not necessarily limited to a combination of renovation, remodeling, addition, and/or new construction likely resulting in, but not necessarily limited to, new or updated gymnasiums, locker rooms, classrooms, career and technical education facilities, storage, commons space, food service, athletic facilities, performing arts, supporting facilities, and/or related infrastructure and improvements.

To facilitate the design and construction of these and similar projects, the City plans to enter into a professional services agreement with one or more full-service Architectural, Engineering, and Project Management/Construction Management (PM/CM) firms with subconsultants. These firms will provide professional support during the procurement, design, and construction phases of the proposed projects.
