On-Call Pothole Repair Services 2025. Work to be done consists of spray-injection pothole repair services for the maintenance of city streets and roads. Repairs shall be completed using a cationic rapid setting emulsion injection process. Repair work shall include the following: install work site safety and traffic control measures, site inspection, pothole measurement, cleaning, application of emulsion sealing, application of asphalt mix, compaction, clean up, and reporting.
