On-Call Air Service Consulting Services (RFP)

Provide air service consulting services. Work includes but is not limited to, the following tasks: passenger traffic route proposals, economic impact analyses, strategic planning as it relates to air service, contingency planning as it relates to air service, catchment area studies, routine air service benchmarking, and research and analysis.
