Omohundro Water Treatment Plant Process Advancements Project-GMP 090 - Maintenance Building

Construction of a new maintenance and storage facility at the water treatment plant. Specific elements of the work include: new maintenance building that includes workshop, office space, conference room, restrooms, locker rooms, and storage space. Storage facility that includes warehouse space, vehicle bays, and materials storage rooms. Outdoor space that includes a pavilion, and landscaped areas with walking paths. Employee parking. Supply and sub-contracting opportunities include but not limited to the following: roofing, masonry, concrete supplies and accessories, electrical, trucking, temporary facilities, interior finishes, stone and aggregates, pipe and valve, rebar, process equipment, metal fabrication, landscaping/irrigation solar array, HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression/alarm, leed / envision management.
