Office Roof and Gutter Replacement at Paint Creek Lake

The contractor is to remove existing membrane roof and insulation down to bare roof deck, supply and install new EPDM membrane roof and include at a minimum two layers of rigid roof insulation over roof deck no less than 2.6" per layer of insulation. Contractor shall be responsible for determining if two small shingle roofing sections are in adequate shape to place new sheet metal roofing and flashing directly on existing shingles or if they will need to be removed prior to new installation. Contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary components of new sheet metal roofing to be installed on the two separate roofing systems. Contractor is responsible for replacing any wood roofing decking material that is damaged or in need of repair on main roof as well as the two smaller roofing sections of office building.
