Odyssey Elementary School Water Heater Replacement

Work includes the demolition and proper disposal of the existing water heater and the installation of two new high-efficiency water heaters, as outlined in the bridgers & paxton construction documents. The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment,repair/replace any roof/wall penetrations and supervision required to complete the work in full compliance with the project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and all applicable local, state, and federal codes. The installation shall include all associated mechanical, plumbing, and electrical connections, including piping, valves, fittings, insulation, venting, and controls integration to ensure a fully functional and efficient system.
