Odor Control Improvements. Construction of new Superoxygenation odor control system at Central Park Wastewater PS including new building, process piping, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems, control systems, pavement removal and replacement and other items of work for an odor control system. Installation of a blower and wetwell mounted digester at Rockfire Wastewater PS including electrical modifications and site work for installation of equipment and all other work required for an operating odor control system.

Work includes sludge holding tanks: demolition of existing drop pipe aeration mixing system; installation of coarse bubble wideband diffusers and associated appurtenances; demolition of two (2) raised, corrugated aluminum covers. Installation of four (4) flat aluminum walk on covers; instrumentation for sludge level and process air flow monitoring; vapor phase odor control system: demolition of the existing biosolids odor control system; installation of a dry media adsorption (activated carbon) odor control system and associated appurtenances for treating foul air from the four (4) existing sludge holding tanks.
