NULU Neighborhood Walkability Plan

Neighborhood wide walkability plan - plan to be detailed and implementable plan for improving neighborhood wide walkability for the given plan area. Consultant will review and consider previously prepared applicable plan recommendations for inclusion as appropriate. Plan to include consideration of pedestrian facilities, bicycle facilities, traffic lane assignment and dimensions, striping, signalization, or other built environment elements impacting walkability.
