NSPIRE Inspection Software to be Utilized by HABC Housing Inspectors

Seeking to conduct the national standards for the physical inspection of real estate (NSPIRE) inspections, which is housing urban development (hud)'s new set of inspection standards for federal rental assistance programs. The vendor will be responsible for all aspects of the inspection process for federal rental assistance programs. The vendor will also need to develop technical systems to ensure a streamlined and standardized inspection process.

Provide residential inspectors for rehabilitation on residential property under the chalk level area housing rehabilitation program.

Town of French Lick

Inspection services by a licensed home inspector are needed for the rehabilitation of owner occupied houses within the corporate limits. The rehabilitation project will address the following areas: roofs; ADA accessibility to the entry of the housing unit; HVAC; electrical upgrades; and water heater replacement.
