Novato Bus Facility Dispatch and Fuel Island Building Roof Rehabilitation and Building Exterior Improvements

This public works project consists of, in general, roof rehabilitation and building exterior improvements. The scope of work includes cleaning and repairing of existing metal decking roof as necessary for installation of Sprayed Polyurethane Foam Roofing system including replacement of necessary edge metal, stacks and vents; removing and replacing six existing roof skylights; removing and replacing ten exterior windows; cleaning and preparing exterior walls, overhang soffits, doors including roll-up doors, rain gutters, downspouts, vents and louvers to receive the exterior paint coating system; furnishing and installing a quick connect Generator Connection Switchboard system including all necessary connection to the existing PG&E Main Switchboard, and all other related work items
