Annual preventative maintenance and possible emergency repairs on their existing ESI PrepFAST IC Automated Speciation System with In-Line Autodilution and Autocalibration for use in tandem with an ICP-MS for the elemental analysis of a variety of contaminants in seafood available in US commerce. he purpose of this equipment is for the research and analysis of heavy metal toxins in seafood samples. This highly sensitive and complex equipment requires annual preventative maintenance, as required by laboratory ISO 17025 certification, as well as service for repairs that may be necessary to limit downtime of the instrument. Due to the complex nature of the equipment, maintenance, and repair are beyond the normal capability of lab personnel and require highly trained personnel specific to this technology.

Oregon State Office

Provide unit 10 headcover leak repair. The work includes disassembling Unit 10’s headcover, removing and replacing the packing box. The contractor will be responsible for fabricating a new packing box for the installation and other wear components required to return the headcover assembly to service. The contract will include an optional line item to refurbish the damaged packing box for John Day to keep on-site as a spare. See attached file.
