North Sacramento Hagginwood Library Remodel (Request for Qualifications)

Construction of the library. Project consists of a remodel to an existing building approx 19,000' SQ. Work includes a complete interior remodel, a new roof, HVAC equipment, electrical upgrades, lighting, fire alarm, fire sprinklers, site work, parking lot improvements, landscaping, fixed furniture, and other work to transform the building into a turnkey modern library.
