Seeking prime contractor for the project(s) pursuant to a contract for construction between the owner and contractor. The selected prime contractor may self-perform a majority of the work for a given project scope. Construction of a two-story addition along the south side of the facility that will serve as a hospitality space year-round. Construction and installation of improvements to the outfield plaza area as a fan gathering space. Procurement, fabrication and construction of equipment and systems necessary to winterize the facility and support an indoor temperature of 68 degrees year-round.
