Nocatee North Reclaim Water Storage Tank (IFB)

Construction of the Water Ground Storage Tank. Construction of a new 3.55-million-gallon (MG) prestressed concrete ground storage tank (GST). Installation of primary electrical system upgrades to accommodate the new GST and associated controls. Installation of new yard piping, including demolition and abandonment of existing piping. Demolition and removal of the existing 1.0 MG steel GST. Abandonment of the existing pond and construction of a new pond. All required civil and site work. Installation of specified landscaping features. Restoration of all disturbed areas to pre-construction conditions or better.
