NGS BSA Conveyor Railcar Unloader (IFB)

The BSA (Byproduct Storage Area) Mobile Conveyor is used to offload rail cars of power generation unit byproduct waste ash, while minimizing environmental release during transfer to trucks due to them being overloaded during transportation for disposal. The current conveyor from Rail Barge Truck Services, Inc. (RBT) is a modified Model 3655 Belt Conveyor and has been in use since 2009. To maintain disposal operations a new equivalent conveyor is needed to perform as intended and utilizing OEM would allow any undocumented field modifications to be easily transferred to new equipment. Once modifications have been transferred to the new equipment the old conveyor can be sent back for trade-in.
