Next Generation 911 ESInet Services and Implementation / NG911 Core Services Project - (RFP)

Project consists of the upgrade and refresh of the 9-1-1 CHE Equipment and the upgrade of the City/Police Department's network to a NG9-1-1 ESInet system with the inclusion and implementation of Text-to-9-1-1 and to provide Next Generation Core Services (NGCS) and all support services for Text-to-9-1-1, including the upgrade of all hardware and software components necessary to provide the NGCS and Text-to-9-1-1 as may be required by Proposer, for a term of 5 years, with as many extensions as may be mutually agreed to by the parties.
