County of St. Louis

Charbonier Road Resurfacing consists of removal and replacement of deteriorated and/or damaged pavement, removal and replacement of traffic signal equipment, removal and replacement of sidewalk and curb ramps, pavement surfacing and texturing, superpave asphaltic concrete overlay, and other incidental items.

City of Lake Alfred

Provide street resurfacing services. All potholes shall be patched before resurfacing. Intersections when needed will be milled for a smooth transition. Roadways without curbing will be edged and swept before resurfacing. Roadways with curbing will be cleaned and free of vegetation before resurfacing. Resurfacing will be done with a minimum of two inches of type sp 9.5 or better asphalt. Roads to be milled will be done at a minimum of one inch. New surfacing will be done to ensure a smooth transition around manholes in the paved area. Preform manhole ring and cover adjustments. All traffic control and detouring will be the responsibility of the contractor.
